1. The Intake & Analysis
Before we even meet, we dig into the details. You’ll fill out a comprehensive Client Intake Form covering your playing history, academic standing, and future goals. This allows us to arrive at our meeting with a baseline of opportunities already in mind.

2. The Discovery Meeting (1-on-1)
We’ll sit down via video call to discuss the "The Why."
The Level: Based on your current game, we’ll identify which level (ACHA D1/D2/D3 and Women’s) offers the best balance of competition and playing time.
The Fit: We look beyond the jersey to find schools that match your academic interests and lifestyle.
Success Defined: We’ll define what a "win" looks like for you, whether that’s earning a starting spot, prioritizing a specific major, or finding a program with a low financial barrier.

3. The Roadmap Deliverables
After our meeting, you will receive your custom Collegiate Roadmap Packet, which includes:
- The Written Summary: A breakdown of our conversation and the specific leagues/regions that should be your primary focus.
- Recommendation Recap: A curated list of programs that may be a good fit for you.
